We’re looking for an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Specialist with a background in
iGaming to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and
optimizing email and SMS campaigns to engage players, improve retention, and drive
conversions.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in iGaming marketing and understands the
importance of targeted, compliant, and personalized communications. If you’re passionate about
customer engagement, campaign performance, and creating seamless player journeys, we’d

Key Responsibilities
● Campaign Execution: Plan, design, and deliver engaging email and SMS campaigns
tailored to iGaming audiences.
● Segmentation & Personalization: Manage player databases, segment audiences, and
deliver personalized communications to maximize engagement and retention.
● Automation & Journeys: Build automated workflows (welcome series, reactivation,
loyalty campaigns, etc.) to enhance the player lifecycle.
● Performance Optimization: Track key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, churn)
and implement A/B testing to improve performance.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM, Product, and Marketing teams to align
messaging with promotions and campaigns.
● Creative Development: Create mobile-optimized, visually appealing email templates
and concise SMS copy that reflect the brand identity.
● Market Awareness: Stay updated on iGaming industry trends, player behavior, and
marketing best practices.


Requirements

● Proven experience as an Email/SMS Marketing Specialist, ideally within the iGaming,
sports betting, or online entertainment industry.
● Proficiency with email & SMS automation platforms (e.g., Optimove, Braze, Klaviyo,
HubSpot, Mailchimp).
● Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content for different player
segments.
● Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and optimizing campaigns.
● Ability to handle multiple projects with excellent organizational skills.


Nice-to-Have Skills
● Experience with CRM systems specific to iGaming.
● Knowledge of responsible gaming communication practices.
● Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email customization.
● Experience running retention and reactivation campaigns.
