Join us in redefining the creator economy with AI

Fanvue is the fastest-growing creator monetisation platform in the creator economy. We are the leading AI-powered creator-first platform, designed to empower creators worldwide to directly monetise their audience. We’re on a mission to redefine the creator economy by empowering creators to connect, share, and earn more efficiently.

🎯 The Role

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager to take full ownership of Fanvue’s email program — from lifecycle journeys and retention campaigns to reactivation and growth-focused messaging. You’ll design, build, and optimise end-to-end email campaigns, driving measurable impact on revenue and creator success. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, executes hands-on, and sees email not just as comms, but as a growth engine.

🚀 What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end email strategy: campaign planning, automation, execution, and optimisation.

  • Build automated lifecycle flows for onboarding, churn prevention, and reactivation.

  • Write high-conversion, brand-aligned copy for both creators and fans.

  • Design and build emails directly in HubSpot (and Figma when needed).

  • Run A/B tests across subject lines, copy, and flows to maximise performance.

  • Segment audiences, build targeted lists, and ensure GDPR compliance.

  • Analyse open rates, CTRs, conversions, and revenue impact; report results clearly.

  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Creator Success to integrate email into broader campaigns.

👀 Who You Are
  • 3+ years in email marketing for SaaS, subscription, or digital platforms (not e-commerce).

  • Strong HubSpot expertise: flows, segmentation, reporting.

  • Experienced in lifecycle marketing, automation, and A/B testing.

  • Excellent copywriter (native/near-native English) with a knack for persuasive, brand-aligned messaging.

  • Confident designing and building emails without reliance on external designers.

  • Independent, proactive, and highly analytical — balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the creator economy or digital subscription platforms.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude or QuickSight.

  • Exposure to growth hacking or experimentation frameworks.

You’ll Thrive Here If
  • You love taking full ownership and running campaigns end-to-end.

  • You balance creativity and copywriting flair with data and performance metrics.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where speed and experimentation matter.

  • You see email as a revenue engine, not just a communication tool.

⚠️ You’ll Struggle Here If
  • You come from an e-commerce-only background and lack SaaS/lifecycle experience.

  • You need constant oversight or prefer narrow responsibilities.

  • You’re hesitant to experiment, iterate, and own performance outcomes.

🌍 Why Join Fanvue?
  • Named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025

  • Own and scale the email marketing function at one of the fastest-growing creator platforms

  • Competitive salary (£50–70k), equity, and benefits package

  • Direct impact on revenue and creator retention with high visibility across leadership

  • A culture that values innovation, speed, transparency, and ownership

  • Unlimited holiday

  • Remote-first culture, with London collaboration opportunities

  • Flexible hours, according to when you perform best

  • Budget for growth and wellbeing
