We are looking for a Group Product Manager for our EMEA product team. The mission of this team is to build the best product and experience for our business travelers in EMEA. This includes driving the vision, strategy and priorities for our web and mobile apps in any aspect that impacts how we are developing the product in Europe, such as the introduction of new rail content, implementing a new approach to policies or adding additional functionality to the cars product overall.

Product Managers at Navan are the key drivers of the product’s impact. We expect a deep understanding of our customers, a passion for data and data informed decisions, great communication with all stakeholders, and a drive to execute. You will work with engineers and designers to develop a product strategy and execute on a roadmap in an environment where the only constant is change.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and communicate the vision and roadmap of the product
  • Drive product features and enhancements while managing tradeoffs and relentlessly prioritizing
  • Engage directly with customers and drive solutions for their evolving needs and challenges
  • Collaborate daily with Design, Engineering and Go-To-Market teams through all phases of product development
  • Leverage data to make informed decisions when confronted with ambiguity
  • Define and deliver on market objectives and key performance indicators

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-6  years experience as a Product Manager with experience in consumer or end-user products
  • Experience in planning and delivering a variety of features across a platform
  • Track record of building and scaling complex products, while maintaining an outstanding user experience
  • Ability to gather and apply qualitative and quantitative data metrics
  • Effective communication, both verbal and written, to every audience
  • Prioritization hero, understand when and how to say no, or later
  • Do what it takes to get things done, in a smart way
  • Love travel & roller coaster rides
