Coordinate and execute marketing events across EMEA, manage logistics, handle vendor communications, and support lead generation for effective attendee experiences.
We’re looking for an organized and proactive EMEA Event Coordinator to support our regional event initiatives while a team member is on maternity leave. You will work closely with our Head of Global Events (based in Paris, France) and play a key role in the execution of marketing events across France, the UK, and Germany
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in logistics and event project management, can multitask efficiently, and is comfortable handling both on-the-ground event execution and pre/post-event coordination.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Check your event portfolio to start organizing the retro-planning of the events you own
- Coordinate and execute all logistical aspects of in-person and virtual events: venue and platform booking, catering, supplier negotiation, swag production, signage, shipping, etc.
- Handle vendor communications and ensure service-level expectations are met.
- Manage timelines and budgets, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and within scope.
- Travel to onsite events across EMEA when necessary (travel expenses covered) : Paris, London, Germany
Within 3 months, you will:
- Support the lead generation process by capturing attendee data and coordinating follow-up campaigns with marketing and sales ops.
- Oversee event registrations, tools, and platforms, ensuring smooth attendee experience from invitation to post-event feedback.
- Maintain internal documentation and reporting, including event calendars, run-of-shows, and post-mortems.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and local teams to align event goals and messaging.
The Skill Set:
- Proven experience in marketing event coordination or marketing project management
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across countries and time zones
- Comfortable using marketing tools and platforms (event platforms, CRM, registration systems,etc.)
- Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR) / Proficiency in German is a plus
