Summary

The Marketing Manager will have a dual focus, with emphasis on webinars strategy and execution, together with local marketing execution for the DACH region. You'll play a key role in engaging target audiences in the UK, France, Nordics, and DACH markets, while also ensuring our DACH marketing strategy is fully localised, relevant, and high-performing.

Responsibilities 

  • Plan, execute, and optimise localised webinars across key European markets: UK, France, Nordics, and DACH

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to identify relevant topics and speakers

  • Manage all logistics, platforms, timelines, and communications for webinars

  • Develop and execute webinar promotion strategies across email, social, and paid channels

  • Track performance, analyse webinar metrics, and deliver actionable insights to improve future events

  • Lead localisation efforts for the DACH market, including adapting existing global content and campaigns, and creating new, market-specific materials

  • Ensure all content and campaigns are culturally relevant and resonate with German-speaking audiences

  • Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns in the DACH region, including digital, email, and event initiatives

  • Partner with the central marketing and regional sales teams to align messaging and strategy

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficiency in German is a plus

  • 3+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, with proven success in managing webinars or virtual events

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

  • Solid understanding of European B2B marketing, particularly in the DACH region

  • Experience working with tools such as ON24, Zoom, GoToWebinar, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in SaaS or tech industry is a plus

  • Familiarity with other European languages (French, Swedish, etc.) is a bonus

  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and demand generation strategies
