Our sales team is growing and we are looking for a strong Pre-Sales Engineer (Product Experts).

As Presales Consultant at monday.com, you’ll play a critical role in helping our potential & existing customers understand & maximize the value of our platform. Through your deep product knowledge, expertise in how companies use and deploy SaaS applications, and objection handling in customer interactions, you’ll support our sales team with the sales processes.

We are looking at experienced individuals that would be able to establish the team’s methodologies and streamline our sales processes. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Professional Services etc.



About The Role

  • As a pre-sales engineer you will be required to have a deep understanding of our product's technical capabilities and inner workings.
  • You will take part in demos & proof-of-concepts for potential and existing customers.
  • You will assist in crafting Sales Pitches with sales managers and providing value-add solutions for customers.
  • You will be required to assist in handling security concerns & providing high quality RFP responses as part of our enterprise selling methodologies and strategic sales cycles.



Requirements

  • 4+ years in Pre-Sales Engineering/Consulting role (or similar) in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with software for CRM, ITSM, Whiteboard or Software development - Significant advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • German OR French Language Skills - an advantage
  • A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context
  • Great communication and customer facing skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Business process mapping skills
  • Understanding of GraphQL - an advantage
  • Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers
  • Exceptional teamwork capabilities
  • Strong problem solving skills

About The Team (Internal)

As a Solution Engineer at monday, you’ll play a critical role in helping our prospects understand the value of our platform. Through your deep product knowledge, expertise in how companies use and deploy SaaS applications, and objection handling in customer interactions, you’ll support our sales team with the sales processes.

We are looking at experienced individuals that would be able to establish the team’s methodologies and streamline our sales processes. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success.

About the role:

  • You will play a critical role in helping our prospects understand the value of monday
  • Leverage deep product knowledge to lead the technical aspect in large and complex sales processes
  • Work closely with our salespeople and help streamlining monday's sales process
  • Map out prospects' business processes and assist them to implement them in our platform
  • Establish pre-configured solution packages and define best practices
  • Help to strategize large opportunities





Internal requirements

  • Strong understanding of our API and monday.apps framework
  • Client facing experience - preferred

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $90,000-$110,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
