Key Responsibilities
- Partner with P&C leaders and Centers of Excellence to develop and execute communication plans that support key initiatives, programs, and policies.
- Write, edit, and finalize clear, engaging communications tailored to diverse internal audiences.
- Select the most effective communication channels (e.g., email, Slack, SharePoint, meetings) based on message type and audience needs.
- Ensure communications align with our tone of voice and content style guide, reinforcing a consistent employee experience.
- Integrate change management principles into communication strategies to support successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Bring a strategic lens to internal communications, ensuring messages support change initiatives, reinforce culture, and drive engagement.
- Facilitate meetings and create slide decks to support awareness, enablement, and information-sharing sessions.
- Use project planning tools (e.g., Asana) to coordinate communication timelines and deliverables.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts using both qualitative and quantitative metrics.
What will help you succeed
- You have 5+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment.
- You're a strong writer with a sharp eye for detail and a clear, engaging style (native English preferred).
- You're comfortable navigating complexity and shifting priorities, and you bring structure and clarity to your work.
- You're confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, and you know how to influence and build trust.
- You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing people together.
- You have experience supporting co-located or global teams and understand the nuances of communicating across cultures.
- You're familiar with project or campaign management, from concept to execution.
- You have a good sense for layout and design, and you're comfortable creating visually appealing content.
- Knowledge of HR, employer branding, or change communication is a plus.
