What you'll do

We’ll be looking to you to provide telephony and webchat employment law, employee relations and HR advice and guidance on non-complex issues. • Up-to-date knowledge of the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) code of practice on disciplinary and grievance, statutory employment law, employee relations, HR and best practice
  • The ability to build effective and trusted partnerships with clients, as well as to deal with clients from multiple channels and sectors
  • High standards of attention to detail and client service
