The Engineering Manager will join the Client Design Authority team to manage the production, upkeep and implementation of the project's Safety Justification Plan.

What Do We Need

  • Detailed knowledge of regulatory compliance to nuclear industry standards and site Authorised Conditions including Design Authority responsibilities.

  • Experience of technical assurance activities.

  • Project engineering experience, including site implementation/ integration.

  • Experience of nuclear safety case.

Qualifications

  • Qualification to degree level in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.

  • Chartered Engineer status or able to attain chartered status (demonstration of continued professional development).

  • Detailed knowledge of regulatory compliance to nuclear industry standards and site Authorised Conditions.

Location

The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre and occasional visits to the site.
