As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll work directly with senior decision-makers, aligning innovative training solutions with their strategic goals to deliver measurable business impact. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to fuel growth and expand our presence within a portfolio of key enterprise clients. This role is crucial for executing our growth strategy, with a focus on identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive substantial revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage Global Enterprise Accounts: Manage relationships with senior leaders in FTSE 100 companies, identifying challenges and aligning our innovative training solutions to their business priorities.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Build and execute account strategies to uncover new opportunities, driving revenue growth through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives within your portfolio.
  • Own High-Value Deals: Manage complex, high-value sales cycles from initial engagement to close, leveraging your expertise in enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Challenger.
  • Deliver Compelling Solutions: Develop and present tailored proposals, business cases, and ROI-driven solutions that address clients’ Data & AI transformation goals.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work with internal teams, including Customer Success and Delivery, to ensure seamless implementation and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Achieve Outstanding Results: Consistently exceed your revenue targets, leveraging data-driven insights, strategic planning, and your ability to close high-impact deals.


Candidate Specification: 

Essential

  • Proven Success in Enterprise Sales: A track record of exceeding targets and driving growth within a B2B environment, ideally working with complex solutions or services in the EdTech sector.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic and Results-Oriented: Proficiency in structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger) and a talent for identifying growth opportunities.
  • Self-Driven and Goal-Focused: A proactive mindset with the discipline to thrive in a remote-first environment and the ambition to exceed expectations.
  • Passion for Innovation and Impact: A genuine interest in technology, education, and driving meaningful change in how businesses adapt to the AI era.

Interview process (all our interviews are conducted online via Google Meets): 
  1. Combined screening and hiring manager interview (1 hour)
  2. Presentation and follow up questions (1 hour)
  3. Ways of Working/Meet the Team (45 minutes)
  4. Final interview with our CEO (30 minutes)
