About the role

To support our continued international expansion, Trustpair is searching for an experienced Account Executive for our UK & Ireland market.

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a high potential market for Trustpair and empower large corporates in their fight against vendor fraud.

We're searching for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, high energy, sales professional who can think strategically, is at ease with complex sales cycles, and can create momentum within large and complex organisations.

What you'll do:
  • Define Your Pipeline Strategy: Take charge of mapping, targeting, tiering, and prioritising potential clients and partners.

  • Drive New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and create your own pipeline through cold calls, targeting campaigns, partnerships, and events.

  • Manage the Entire Sales Process: Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, demonstration, and managing technical, legal, and financial aspects through to closing.

  • Collaborate on Sales Strategy: Work closely with our Head of Sales EMEA to define and implement a sales strategy tailored for the UK&I market.

  • Expand Trustpair's Network: Contribute to developing Trustpair's public visibility and network to enhance its reach within the UK & Ireland.

  • Exceed Sales Quotas: Achieve and surpass stated sales targets by closing enterprise contracts.

  • Lead the UK&I partner ecosystem: Build and manage strong relationships with local partners (consulting firms, ERP, S2P and TMS providers, as well as implementation and technology partners). Develop joint account plans, identify referral opportunities and turn partner relationships into a consistent source of qualified pipeline and revenue.

  • Drive partner engagement and field presence: Act as the main Trustpair point of contact for local partners by attending their events, representing Trustpair at relevant industry gatherings, organising and delivering enablement sessions for their sales and consulting teams, and travelling across the UK&I market to strengthen relationships, support joint customer engagements and generate new opportunities.

This is not a pure sales execution role. You will help shape Trustpair’s growth in the UK&I market by combining direct enterprise selling, partner-led business development and local market leadership.
