This is where you come in!

You’ll be the go-to person for assisting the sales team and managing a pipeline of customers; whether it’s qualifying new leads, scheduling appointments with our sales reps, or sorting out our inbound comms funnel.  

As the first point of contact you’ll be available on phone, email, SMS, social media and our website chat to talk to anyone enquiring about Timely.  You’ll work through leads generated by our internal and external campaigns, calling and qualifying them for our sales reps to engage with.

You’ll also engage and upsell with our existing customers, identifying potential sales opportunities to help them see the value in other Timely products.

What you’ll bring.

  • 1-2 years within a similar Sales experience - with proven results

  • Self-Assurance & Resilience - Can adapt quickly to change, learns fast, embraces challenges, and recovers swiftly from setbacks.

  • Rapport Building - Builds trust with customers quickly.

  • Communication – Is an active listener, patient, conveys viewpoints accurately, and delivers high-quality, detail-focused work.

  • Teamwork – Works well within a team, can resolve issues collaboratively, balances interests fairly, and builds strong, trusted relationships.
