Overview
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support to three Senior Vice Presidents and their teams. The role includes performing general administrative duties such as scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, purchase order management and calendar management in support of the SVPs
Role
• Schedule meetings, arrange conferences and ensure all meeting support is appropriately coordinated• Make travel arrangements as needed, prepare packets for travel and prepare expense reports following the trip. Prepare briefing packets• Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company as needed and liaise with the Senior Executive Business Admin as needed• Assist with new hire on-boarding process in conjunction with HR• Manage other day-to-day tasks as needed to support the team
All About You• Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and customers required• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills• Proficiency in MS office products, excel, powerpoint, word, outlook a must• Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task• Ability to function well in a busy and varied environment and work well under pressure• Knowledge of Mastercard, payments and Mastercard systems e.g., Ariba, Oracle, Salesforce is helpful• Proficiency in AI tools such as Copilot nice to have
