We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solutions Architect with a strong focus on Cloud and AI technologies to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud platform integrations, particularly with Ubitus, Tencent Cloud, and AWS. This role involves a combination of technical leadership, customer collaboration, and strategic guidance to ensure the seamless integration and utilization of our solutions within diverse cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
Cloud Platform Integration:
- Design and implement cloud architecture solutions that leverage Ubitus, Tencent Cloud, and AWS platforms.
- Lead the integration of cloud services with our products, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and deploy cloud-based applications, focusing on AI-driven solutions.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide strategic guidance on cloud and AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud platforms, tools, and frameworks to enhance product capabilities and customer solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Customer Collaboration:
- Engage with customers to understand their cloud and AI requirements, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Conduct technical workshops, product demonstrations, and training sessions to help customers effectively integrate and utilize our solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights on best practices and emerging trends in cloud and AI technologies.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, integration guides, and best practice recommendations.
- Provide regular reports on project progress, customer feedback, and technical challenges to key stakeholders.
Travel:
- Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site technical support, training, and product demonstrations.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our cloud and AI solutions and stay current with industry developments.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role with a focus on cloud platform integration and AI technologies.
- Strong expertise in Ubitus, Tencent Cloud, and AWS, with a deep understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and their application within cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as required to support customer engagements and participate in industry events.
