  • Industry and Customer Collaboration:
    • Lead and facilitate discussions at roundtables, technical advisory boards, and customer advisory boards, ensuring an open channel for feedback and collaboration.
    • Build and maintain a robust network of industry professionals to stay informed about evolving threats and technologies.
  • Content Creation and Enablement:
    • Develop and deliver tailored content for customer engagements, marketing campaigns, and enablement resources to empower sales teams.
    • Create best practices and playbooks to guide customers on leveraging Abnormal’s capabilities to achieve top-tier security outcomes.
  • Incident Response and Support:
    • Provide strategic guidance to customers during security incidents, assisting in the development of incident response plans and post-incident reviews.
Must Haves
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on email security, cloud security, and incident response.

Nice to Have
  • Advanced degrees in Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
  • Experience working in SaaS or highly regulated environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
