We're seeking a results-driven and strategic Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-impact marketing programmes and events for our Mid Market and  Enterprise Sales teams across the UK market. You'll work closely with sales leadership and collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to design campaigns that drive pipeline growth, revenue, and brand awareness. This role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis, requiring deep expertise in B2B field marketing and sales alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Execute Segment Marketing Strategies
    • Develop and implement tailored marketing programmes aligned with the overall Go-to-Market strategy, including field events, executive programmes, partner initiatives, trade shows, and targeted digital campaigns.
    • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for aligned sales teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and programme execution.
    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing programmes, including email, digital, social, events, and partner activations.
    • Work with the current campaigns team on developing localised global campaigns to meet the unique needs of the UK market.
  2. Drive Demand Generation and Pipeline Growth
    • Create and implement targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads and enhance the pipeline for the MidMarket and Enterprise segment.
    • Ensure programmes align with sales objectives and regional opportunities while leveraging corporate campaigns and content.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Product Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, etc.) to build cohesive marketing initiatives.
    • Work closely with sales teams to communicate programme objectives, gain buy-in, and drive participation.
  4. Performance Analysis and Reporting
    • Measure programme success using key performance indicators.
    • Provide strategic insights and present recommendations during weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and planning sessions to inform future initiatives.
  5. Budget and Vendor Management
    • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximising return on marketing investment.
    • Oversee vendor relationships for event production and programme execution.
  6. Customer and Partner Engagement
    • Collaborate with strategic partners to design joint initiatives, enhancing marketing reach and impact.
    • Leverage customer feedback and insights to continuously refine marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in field or regional marketing within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand generation campaigns and field programmes.
  • Proficiency in marketing and AI tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, 6Sense, Asana.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, report on programme performance, and optimise based on findings.
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player with a high-energy approach.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the UK and occasionally internationally.
