The Field Salesforce (FSF) Manager will report to the Head of Route-to-Market and will be primarily responsible for developing and executing a field sales strategy in the UK Away From Home (AFH) channel.
This is a new role as we launch our field sales partnership across all independent channels and will involve implementing execution standards in the trade, managing the agency team, and driving sales performance within AFH.
This role focuses on ensuring strong in-store execution, optimizing trade marketing activities, and leading a high-performing external salesforce to maximize revenue and customer engagement.

This role focuses on ensuring strong in-store execution, optimizing trade marketing activities, and leading a high-performing external salesforce to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement the strategy in collaboration with the AFH team as part of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Partner with agencies to implement the Kraft Heinz FSF methodology to ensure maximum value and high-quality execution.
- Coach and train the FSF team on selling tactics, relationship management, and product knowledge and conduct regular performance evaluations on the salesforce
- Use data-driven insights to optimize field salesforce operations, track sales metrics and lead Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs)
- Implement promotional and trade marketing initiatives (ie. branding, menu creation, on-premise activation)
- Expand the operator database with data on volume per category and customer preferences
- Present and introduce new SKUs to increase KHC product presence and activate local seasonal events to drive brand engagement and sales revenue
- Partner with the European AFH team and look for ways to optimise and continuously improve our field sales fundamentals
What we're looking for:
- Experience in field sales, key account management or trade marketing
- Leadership of teams/agencies and familiarity with sales tracking, reporting tools, and FSF execution methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of food & beverage AFH dynamics, culinary knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems (IE. Salesforce)
