About the Role 

The ALS Administrator reports into the General Manager within a depot and has accountability for implementation of the financial plan for the site, delivering KRA’s and financial standards, underpinned by data and coaching of the business plan. The ALS Administrator also provides general administrative support, including data collation, administration of meetings, maintaining noticeboards and other communications, local banking & associated admin.

Role Duties & Tasks

Collate hours & source data to create Financial KPI & Statistical reporting for Warehouse and Transport Operations.

Check hours for agency and sign off / Resolve agency questions on hours and pay.

Create and update site communications of Financial KPI & Statistical  reporting.

Check actuals in P&L vs expectation.

Manage Petty Cash and adhere to policy including month end count and rec.

Monitor site consumables, Raise Purchase Orders, Check and Receipt on Delivery, Prepare Uniform for DM’s to issue,  Resolve PO issues & queries through supplier engagement.

Support journal processing through the weekly R2R file.

Support FM in creation of site projections.

Support FM with Month end processing.

Maintain Notice Boards/Comms.

Collation of data and minutes as required for site meetings, such as DPR, LJC, CV etc.

National Charities Admin and Banking.

Support  Leadership team with Site Events – celebrations, wellbeing, EDI calendar.

Support Depot Colleague Admin - create new colleague files, archive leavers and update trackers.

Prepare  and Scan SAR & Tribunal pack requests.

Support  WALK legal compliance reports.

Support Social Club / Gym committee to adhere with Policy.
