Senior Sales Compensation Analyst
The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will be responsible for preparing and reviewing the monthly commission payroll. This role demands a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in Commissions and Finance. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to optimize processes and possess a substantial background in sales compensation.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure individual quota attainment and commission payout are calculated correctly, and payroll is submitted for timely payout
- Reviewing data feeds to ensure thoroughness, accuracy and quality when loaded to Xactly.
- Manage payment issues/escalations, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution and identify opportunities for preventative measures
- Provide support as subject matter expert in Sales Compensation Review meetings
- Ensure compliance with sales compensation policies and SOX requirements and maintain supporting documents
- Partner with cross-functional teams regularly to build constructive relationship and drive continuous cross-functional process improvement
- Participate in User Acceptance Test for system plan implementation and updates
- Provide support for any ad hoc business requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related area.
- 5+ years of sales compensation experience
- Experience with Xactly.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with commission calculations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in a high-growth, sales-driven organization.
- Track record of providing innovative solutions and driving process improvements.
