Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving performance, profitability, and commercially disciplined decision-making within a leading law firm?

We are looking for three Finance & Operations Managers to join our team in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow. These newly created roles will work closely with our Legal Operations Directors and alongside our Finance team to support delivery of divisional financial performance while ensuring strong financial governance and operational discipline.

This role blends operational oversight with a strong financial focus, partnering with Division Heads to shape budgets, forecasts and financial plans, and deliver insight that strengthens commercial performance. You will play a key role in guiding commercial decision-making, supporting pricing and matter profitability analysis, strengthening financial controls, and driving continuous improvements in efficiency and governance.
We are looking for individuals with proven experience in a finance and operational business partnering role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
