As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and support the ongoing development of our finance function.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the finance function and in supporting the continued growth of the organisation.
This role offers a broad remit across financial reporting, process improvement, and strategic support, providing exposure to senior stakeholders and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Group Financial Controller in the day-to-day running of the finance department
- Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting schedules for all group entities, including consolidated accounts
- Oversee the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations across all entities
- Own and manage the cash reporting process, including regular cashflow reporting
- Support month-end and year-end processes, including preparation for external audits
- Contribute to business planning, pricing strategy, and cost analysis as required
- Support payroll review and reconciliation processes
- Assist with M&A integration activities where applicable
- Lead and support process improvements and change initiatives within the finance function
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to the wider business as required
About You
We’re looking for a qualified finance professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organisation and collaborating with colleagues across the business.
Essential Experience
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- 2+ years post-qualification experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite
- Experience preparing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to partner with senior stakeholders
Desirable Experience
- Experience using an ERP system (NetSuite experience would be advantageous)

Location
This is a home-based role within the UK. The position involves occasional travel, including at least two trips per year within the UK to support the organisation’s annual events cycle.
