Responsibilities- Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the management team
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage budgets for events and marketing projects
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax filing and reporting
- Assist with financial planning and forecasting to support business decision-making
- Responsibility for all payments, personnel and suppliers
- Managing personnel's insurances and making necessary changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant
- Proficient in financial software and accounting systems (ERP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
