Whiteball, a leading event production and design agency, is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. As an integral part of our company, the Financial Accountant will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our management team and provide valuable financial insights that drive business decisions. Your strong attention to detail and analytical skills will be key as you track expenses, analyze financial data, and prepare financial reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain budgets, monitor cash flow, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, while also assisting in the daily operational tasks, such as monthly personnel payments and insurances, supplier's payments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the management team
  • Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage budgets for events and marketing projects
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax filing and reporting
  • Assist with financial planning and forecasting to support business decision-making
  • Responsibility for all payments, personnel and suppliers
  • Managing personnel's insurances and making necessary changes

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Financial Accountant
  • Proficient in financial software and accounting systems (ERP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced knowledge of financial principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
