🎯 Role OverviewAs Founder’s Associate, you’ll act as the right hand to the Founder & CEO, helping drive execution across all areas of the business — from operations and strategy to product, growth, and expansion.
This is a founder-track role for someone who wants to learn how to build and scale a company firsthand. You’ll gain exposure to every function, lead critical projects, and help transform ideas into real-world results.
⚙️ Key ResponsibilitiesExecution Partner: Work directly with the Founder to plan, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives across all departments.
Strategic Projects: Own special projects in operations, technology, partnerships, and growth.
Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business analysis to support strategic decisions.
Hiring & Team Support: Help recruit, onboard, and coordinate new team members.
Operational Excellence: Improve internal processes, streamline communication, and ensure accountability across teams.
Founder Enablement: Handle follow-ups, prepare briefings, and ensure key priorities move forward without bottlenecks.
Expansion Support: Assist with new market launches, investor materials, and partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Highly adaptable — comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching contexts fast.
Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong grasp of business fundamentals.
Experience in startups, consulting, venture building, or real estate tech is a strong plus.
Relentless curiosity, high ownership, and a bias for action.
