At Rerun, we’re building the multimodal data stack for Physical AI. Large parts of the physical-world economy will be transformed by these technologies, and we're developing the data infrastructure and tools that make it possible. Rerun’s open-source project focuses on visualizing and handling multimodal logs and is already loved by some of the best teams in the world.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and highly driven Founder’s Associate to work closely with the founders and take on high-impact projects across strategy, marketing, operations, and growth. This role is perfect for someone who aspires to build their own company but wants to gain hands-on experience working with second-time founders first. High agency, grit, and adaptability are essential.

What You’ll Work On

As our first Founder’s Associate, you’ll take ownership of critical projects across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Get things done – Collaborate with the founders to define priorities, drive execution, and push the company forward.

  • Marketing – Create and execute marketing campaigns on our social media channels, as well as in person at industry events.

  • Financial Planning – Help us spend our money wisely by assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and efficient resource management.

  • Investor Relations – Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors through structured updates and insights into company progress.

  • Business Development – We live in a very fast world - help us stay on top of it through industry and trend research.

  • Sales – Support founder-led sales efforts, engage with top Physical AI companies, manage CRM, and assist with legal documentation related to sales operations.

We’d Love It If You Have
  • An engineering degree (required)

  • 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced and high-impact environment (e.g., investment banking or consulting) or, you have spent a couple of years building and running your own company

  • A track record of taking initiative—whether through founding a company, leading a project, or launching an organisation

  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re ambitious, resourceful, and eager to build and lead in the future

  • Strong problem-solving abilities—you thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and execute with precision

  • A knack for stakeholder management and communications

How we work at Rerun
  • We're a remote company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

  • We meet up in person for a week roughly once a quarter

  • The team you'll join has members in European and US-east timezones

    • Everyone is available for synchronous work between 1:30–5:00pm CET.
      Given our current team distribution, candidates outside of Europe or the US will be considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure there’s enough overlap for effective collaboration.
