Bring your finance expertise to transform how companies plan, forecast, and grow.
At Limelight, we believe finance professionals deserve tools that match the strategic value they bring to the business.
We’re looking for an FP&A Project Manager who wants to take their financial knowledge beyond a single company. In this role, you’ll partner with CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A leaders across industries, helping them design and deploy financial planning solutions that drive smarter decisions. If you have a background in finance or accounting (CFA/CPA/FP&A experience), strong modeling skills, and a knack for client communication, this is your opportunity to multiply your impact.
What You’ll DoYou’ll guide clients through the full lifecycle of adopting Limelight — from design to deployment — ensuring their finance teams get maximum value.
Project & Solution Design
Lead joint design sessions with client finance leaders, translating financial requirements into practical solutions.
Apply FP&A and financial modeling best practices to design budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and reporting structures.
Develop project plans, manage scope, mitigate risks, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Client Success & Communication
Act as a trusted advisor to finance teams, helping them align financial processes with business strategy.
Manage client communications, facilitate decision-making, and ensure every meeting drives outcomes.
Conduct quality checks to guarantee every solution is accurate, intuitive, and valuable to the client.
Build long-term client relationships, ensuring adoption and measurable business impact.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Coordinate cross-functional resources, including FP&A Consultants, Data Analytics Consultants, and Solution Architects.
Mentor team members and contribute to internal best practices.
Drive accountability through project documentation, reporting, and time/budget tracking.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance consulting, or ERP/FP&A software implementation.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, planning cycles, forecasting, and modeling.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, etc.) or FP&A tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complexity, influence stakeholders, and guide decisions.
A problem-solver’s mindset with a passion for improving processes and delivering high-value results.
CFA, CPA, or advanced FP&A certification strongly preferred.
Bigger Impact: Instead of applying your skills at one company, you’ll help dozens of finance teams succeed.
Collaboration: A highly supportive environment where the best ideas win, no matter where they come from.
Balance & Trust: Flexible vacation, competitive pay, and a culture that respects work-life balance.
Growth: Opportunities to grow your expertise in FP&A, SaaS, and consulting.
Team Spirit: An amazing group of colleagues who want to see you succeed and will have your back.
