The Senior Employer Branding Specialist will develop an EVP, create content for various platforms, and support employer brand initiatives.
We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Employer Branding Specialist to help us bring our culture and values to life by developing a sharp, differentiated EVP and supporting marketing content for both internal and external audiences.
You’ll work closely with People, Talent, and Design teams to define our narrative, build creative assets, and support campaigns that strengthen our reputation as a great workplace.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of People to define and document our Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Develop engaging newsletters
- Translate our EVP into compelling content for career pages, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), job descriptions, and internal materials
- Create or guide the development of visual and written content for recruitment, onboarding, DEI initiatives, and values communication
- Deliver a flexible set of employer brand assets that can be used across various platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or internal communications, within the Technology or iGaming industry
- Experience collaborating with People and Talent teams on brand and communication initiatives
- Ability to translate culture and values into engaging content and assets
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Alignment with EU time zones is preferred
