QuantCo delivers impactful business solutions powered by machine learning. This brings immense value to our client organizations, but without intuitive user interfaces can easily turn into the dreaded “black box” that machine learning solutions are depicted to be. Frontend software engineers at QuantCo will be responsible for building the tools that enable real people to turn machine learning insights into decisions and actions. They will work with our data scientists, product managers, designers, other engineers, and users to create products that provide transparency and actionability to our data solutions.
What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience as a frontend software engineer
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React, Python is a plus but not required
- Experience with modern frontend tooling (Vite, Tailwind, shared component libraries) and bundling processes for both applications and libraries
- Experience in writing unit, integration and end-to-end tests
- Experience in designing and implementing backends for frontends
- Ability to write clean, effective, and production-ready code
- Business proficiency in English. Conversational proficiency in German is beneficial, but not required
- Willingness to travel when necessary
