Generative AI Developer for Copilot Studio (xfm) - Hybrid (x|f|m) - Hybrid
In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform technologies.
The job is full-time and can be done remotely on a daily basis as well as on site at our office in Madrid.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
Develop and enhance AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, leveraging the Power Platform to drive innovation
Understand business needs, design RAG-enabled copilots, and select analytical approaches to meet objectives
Monitor usage, evaluate quality, and enforce governance policies in Copilot Studio / Power Platform to ensure optimal performance and compliance
Design and perform training sessions and demos for key users, to empower stakeholders and drive adoption
What will convince us
You have a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
You possess experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
You have a strong understanding of business needs and can design effective RAG-enabled copilots
You are skilled in monitoring and evaluating solution quality, with a focus on governance
You excel in communication, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse audiences
You are adept at creating training materials and visualizations to support solution enablement
Utilize strong soft skills and fluent English to deliver persuasive storytelling and effective communication
