Job Summary:
As a Vice President in the Electronic Trading Solutions group, you will be a key player on the product and execution consulting team within ECS. You will be responsible for analysing the efficiency and performance of our algorithmic trading products and principal liquidity offerings, tracking business performance, and delivering tailored solutions to clients. You will educate clients and sales teams about our products, create marketing materials, and partner with Technology and Quantitative Research teams to prioritise and deliver new product enhancements. You will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our electronic trading platform.

You will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our electronic trading platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive execution engagement and optimise client interaction with the internal Central Risk Book, encompassing backtesting, product delivery, and client marketing.
- Collaborate across electronic trading, Central Risk Book, and other desks within cash equities.
- Develop and maintain ongoing analysis of performance and opportunities in consumption of principal/risk liquidity.
- Define and lead product management initiatives across the liquidity trading product spectrum.
- Interact with our clients to understand their needs and offer J.P. Morgan's product suite as well as bespoke solutions
- Produce in-depth analysis of product usage, client trends, trading performance, and revenues.
- Leverage analytical skills to analyse large data sets and provide actionable results to drive product evolution and client product usage.
- Maintain a working knowledge of equities trading, market structure, and the equities market regulatory landscape.
- Partner with business analysts, core technology, legal/compliance, operations, and sales and trading teams to ensure product functionality is optimized
- Ensure adherence with all relevant regulatory and control agenda requirements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- You demonstrate significant experience in Algorithmic Trading, Product Management, or Quantitative Trading
- You have understanding of equities market structure and market microstructure
- You are highly motivated individual with a history of success in a team environment
- You have excellent technical and statistical skills; data sciences background preferred
- You have client-facing personality with strong communication skills
- You demonstrate proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, q/KDB, SQL), with confidence in handling large tick/trade datasets

- You have experience working with cross-functional teams on product development
- You have experience working with risk / CRB liquidity
- You demonstrate ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
