Job Responsibilities
About the Position
The Global Field Enablement Manager sits within the Field Enablement function of the Global Enablement team and reports to the Manager of Global Field Enablement. This role focuses on driving execution and impact across ongoing enablement programs that directly support the success of our customer-facing teams in GTM and CS. Field Enablement plays a critical role in aligning Sales and CS performance to company OKRs, scaling best practices, and building consistent workflows across onboarding, training, and continuous development.
In this role, you'll execute global enablement programs that upskill our field teams, reinforce key initiatives, and ensure readiness at every stage of the customer journey. You'll collaborate closely with regional leaders across North America, EMEA, and APAC to deliver programs that are relevant, scalable, and aligned with business priorities. Your work will enable our reps and managers to confidently drive pipeline, improve conversion, and deliver value to customers.
As a Global Field Enablement Manager, you'll partner cross-functionally with Product Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, and People teams to ensure field teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes they need to succeed. You'll help connect strategy to execution - surfacing insights from the field, building feedback loops, and ensuring initiatives land with measurable impact.
What the role involves
  • Manage and deliver global field enablement programs that drive performance, skill development, and customer-facing excellence across GTM and CS teams
  • Own and execute onboarding programs, including new hire bootcamps, role-specific learning paths, and certification processes to ensure consistent ramp and readiness
  • Lead skills-based training initiatives, such as Skills Labs and methodology reinforcement sessions, to drive continuous development and performance improvement
  • Manage and maintain our content management system (Allego) to ensure enablement resources are current, easy to navigate, and aligned with team needs
  • Collaborate with regional Sales and CS leaders across North America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure enablement initiatives address local needs while maintaining global cohesion
  • Partner with Product Enablement to coordinate and deliver training around product launches, feature updates, and roadmap readiness, translating technical changes into actionable value for the field
  • Partner with the Enablement Program Management team to ensure field initiatives are aligned to global workflows, operationally efficient, and consistently executed across regions
  • Act as a bridge between global strategy and frontline execution, surfacing field insights to inform enablement priorities and drive continuous improvement
  • Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs through engagement data, certification results, performance outcomes, and feedback loops - refining approaches to maximize impact
  • Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects and special initiatives, flexing to support the evolving needs of the business and enablement function
  • Manage additional enablement projects as needed in response to evolving priorities
