Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Partnerships Lead to join our Business team in London. Our objective is to drive business acquisition by partnering with relevant companies (for example accountants, VCs, and lawyers).

In this role, you’ll own the growth and commercial success of the partnerships channel globally. You’ll set the strategy, drive performance, and lead a small team (currently 3 people) to unlock growth.

Your mission (what you’ll deliver)

  • Lead, coach, and develop a global partnerships team, building capability and performance.
  • Own growth outcomes for business users acquired via partnerships (accountability for channel performance).
  • Define and execute strategy for the partnerships channel, including priorities, targets, and operating cadence.
  • Identify, size, and prioritise new partnership opportunities and routes to market.
  • Get hands-on: lead by example in deal closing and account management for strategic partners.
  • Build and run the commercial engine: forecasting, budgeting, hiring, and talent development.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure plans are aligned to business priorities and to remove blockers.
