Ferring+You 

As our Global Head Workforce Analytics and Planning you will own the global HR data and analytics strategy, enhance data governance, continue to develop our analytics portfolio and shape our approach to both operational and strategic workforce planning, and empower HR and business leaders through high-impact reporting and dashboards. This is a high-visibility role, regularly partnering with Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors.

Your day at Ferring

  • Design and implement a strategic workforce planning framework using people and business data.

  • Define and execute the global HR Data & Analytics strategy aligned with Ferring’s business goals.

  • Shift focus from retrospective reporting to predictive analytics and scenario modelling.

  • Collaborate with COEs and HRBPs to embed forward-looking insights into business planning cycles.

  • Champion a data-driven culture by enabling HR and business stakeholders to leverage people insights in strategic decision-making.

  • Partner with Centers of Expertise (Comp & Ben, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management) to improve data quality and define validation rules.

  • Drive stakeholder commitment to data ownership and stewardship across global HR functions.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of both recurring and ad hoc reports (e.g., ESG, annual reports, tenure analysis).

  • Introduce structure and cadence to ad hoc request management, balancing responsiveness with strategic priorities.

  • Oversee development of analytics products using Power BI and Workday; collaborate closely with IT Analytics and HRIT.

  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools to enhance reporting and insights generation.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of direct reports and consultants; ensure clarity, focus, and engagement.

  • Act as the bridge between technical teams, HR stakeholders, and business leadership to align priorities and deliverables.

  • 10+ years of experience in HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing predictive analytics models and workforce planning frameworks.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize complex data into compelling stories and insights.

  • Experience global teams and collaborating in a matrixed organization.

  • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to evangelize the value of data and analytics to senior HR and business leaders.

  • Experience working in a complex, global enterprise.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

  • Track record of implementing data governance or transformation programs in HR.

  • Exceptional organizational, coordination and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate appropriately with business leaders.

  • Team player attitude with an impeccable ability to work cross functionally across Ferring’s global footprint.

  • Hands-on attitude, we aim for your pragmatic and executive skills to roll your sleeves.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
