The Global Key Account Manager will take full commercial and strategic responsibility for an established Global Key Account and support the development of a new Global Account. This role ensures a smooth business transition and continuity while strengthening existing relationships and expanding Littelfuse’s footprint globally. The successful candidate will proactively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across technologies, regions, and sales channels to drive long-term revenue growth.

About the job:

  • Manage and grow assigned Global Key Accounts with full commercial and strategic ownership.
  • Convert New Business Opportunities (NBOs) into NBO Win-orders, driving project closure and revenue generation.
  • Coordinate with Regional Littelfuse Teams and customer supply chain partners (Direct, EMS, Distribution) to secure and fulfill revenue from awarded NBOs.
  • Engage with key engineering and commercial stakeholders at the customer’s global locations to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Proactively drive multi-technology NBO creation across global regions.
  • Develop and execute global account strategies in close collaboration with internal teams and customer decision-makers.
  • Drive growth of Power Semiconductors, Overcurrent (OC) & Overvoltage (OV) protection, and C&K product lines within assigned accounts.
  • Identify portfolio expansion, white spots, and cross-selling opportunities to increase Littelfuse’s presence across all customer divisions and regions.
  • Ensure smooth business continuity and seamless transition of accounts.

About you:

  • Degree preferred in electronics, power semiconductors, or related technical field, though not mandatory.
  • Strong affinity for technology and industrial sector experience is essential to understand customer needs and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic customer engagement and project development.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as French are strong assets.
  • Experience working with multinational and multicultural organizations, coordinating across regions and time zones.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Prior experience managing global or regional key accounts is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently from a home office and travel as needed.
