Global Lifecycle Operations Manager


What you’ll be doing: We’re looking for a Lifecycle Manager to join our rapidly growing marketing team. You’ll effectively bridge the gap between our program managers, data and engineering teams to own the delivery of the data that enables program managers to personalise emails and push notifications to tens of millions of users a month across 50+ countries worldwide.

Within our high performing Lifecycle team you’ll be responsible for ensuring the data is available in the right format and available in a timely manner to allow program owners to execute on the lifecycle strategy.

This role is an amazing opportunity for a world-class operations manager to be at the heart of evolving and executing on our data.

  • Work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure timely and quality data is available to be leveraged by program managers at scale
  • Work with program owners to understand program goals in order to anticipate and interpret future data requirements and schema
  • Identifying and helping to resolve anomalies in the data
  • Own end to end management of experimentation process. Including tooling set, monitoring experimentation velocity and health and performing analysis
  • Collaborate with program managers to understand complex personalisation use cases with the goal of delivering clear data briefs to engineering
  • Perform deep dive analysis on existing data within the team and around the business to uncover insights and areas of opportunity for stakeholders to leverage
  • Design, build out and enable user intent segmentation
  • End to end creation of custom dashboards in Tableau to aid analytics
  • Feed back into global retention strategy, priorities, and roadmaps

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with ESP/lifecycle automation platforms is essential, experience with Braze is desirable
  • Strong SQL / Python skills with demonstrated experience of being able to work with big data, with a willingness to learn new languages for the required task
  • Experience of leveraging data to build out user intent segmentations
  • Experience working with program owners and engineers to define and execute on data requirements
  • Ability to dig into the underlying source of data in order to assess accuracy and effectively convey implications for program owners
  • Proven track record of integrating the latest tools with ESP/lifecycle automation platforms
  • Experience integrating data with analytics dashboards such as Tableau
