What does the internship program entail?
You will participate in a variety of programs including but not limited to wellness initiatives, team building activities, networking events, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. These experiences will help you develop both personally and professionally.
As a People Analytics, Compensation and Data Intern, you’ll work with our Compensation and Data team, working with dedicated and experienced colleagues. You’ll become a member of a specific group, working on real assignments and making a genuine impact on our business. You may:
- Help us build and maintain reporting and data analysis.
- Contribute to ad-hoc data assignments to help leadership make data-driven decisions.
- Help us implement our ambitious People Analytics, Compensation and Data strategy.
- Assist with establishing processes and ways of working.
- Help us to maintain and enhance our people analytics systems.
- Contribute to our team with your perspective and ideas.

Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in the Role:
- Recent graduate or be in your last year of a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.

Additional Information:

We spend around 60% of our time in the office and around 40% of our time working remotely. Some individuals may be required to work from the office or client sites more than 60% of the time, if required by their role and/or client needs.
Your precise work schedule will be determined by you, your Line Manager and HR before commencement of your internship program with IPC.
