What's on the menu:
We are looking for an intern - Warehouse Capacity to support the development of an Excel-based models to map the Warehouse utilization for global scope. This 6-month internship will focus on data analysis, capacity planning, understanding and cross-checking results with the Business Unit / Factory point of contact. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, not afraid to take the first step and approach people, and a keen interest in supply chain / warehouse operations.

Develop Warehouse Capacity Analytics in Excel:
• Build and maintain Excel-based models and dashboards to track warehouse space utilization.• Use formulas, pivot tables, and potentially macros to automate and analyse large datasets.• Extract and clean inventory and warehouse data to identify trends and inefficiencies with factory support.
Support Process Building & Reporting:
• Work closely with warehouse and supply chain teams to understand capacity constraints and storage challenges.
• Prepare regular reports and visualizations to support decision making.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
• Strong Excel Skills → Proficient in pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Attitude → Ability to analyse large data sets, identify trends, and propose solutions.
• Interest in Supply Chain & Logistics → Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is a plus.
• Attention to Detail & Structured Thinking → Capacity to clean, structure, and interpret complex data accurately.
• Proactive demeanor and in talking with stakeholders
Profile :
• Graduate in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
Note: The recruitment process can take 4/6 weeks in total
What we offer you
Program start date: June 2025
Duration: 6 - 6.5 months (for 40 hrs a week)
Location: Amsterdam.
Please note that you do need to relocate to the Netherlands for the internship (if not already there).
