About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional services leader to join our team as the Global Vice President of Cyber Security Consulting Services. This senior leadership role will be responsible for overseeing our global cyber security consulting practice, driving business growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading a team of top-tier cyber security experts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the cyber security industry building and managing large and diverse global teams, driving customer engagement in areas such as; technical assessments; strategic advisory; testing and evaluations; c-suite and board level education and advisory; and related cyber security services to assist our customers in maturing their security programs. A successful candidate must possess a hard-charging, player-coach mentality with a strategic mindset to navigate the complex landscape of global cyber security threats.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for the Cyber Security Consulting Services division, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative consulting service offerings.
  • Partner with Sales and Partners/Channel organizations to optimize growth and execution of the business.


Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of cyber security consultants, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development.
  • Build and manage a team of technical and strategic cyber security experts motivated to help transform security programs & operations for customers.


Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of exceptional consulting services.
  • Engage with customer business executives, especially IT and security leaders, to help drive their initiatives.
  • Capable of presenting to c-suite and board members related to engagement projects as well as on the threat, regulatory, compliance and risk landscapes.


Business Development:

  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing client engagements, and developing innovative service offerings.
  • Co-own account relationships with strategic accounts and ensure strong and consistent interactions with Security, IT, and executive staff.
  • Work hand in hand with sales & channel leadership as well as with key partner executives to align on go-to-market opportunities and delivery optimization.


Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the operational aspects of the consulting practice, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry best practices and standards.
  • Align operations, focus and resources to attain and exceed key financial, operational and business metrics.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of robust risk management practices to safeguard clients' critical assets and data.


Thought Leadership:

  • Represent the company as a thought leader in the cyber security industry, speaking at conferences, contributing to industry publications, and staying abreast of the latest trends and developments.
  • Evangelize the CrowdStrike platform and strategic account management, discovering and uncovering new opportunities with existing business customers.


Financial Oversight:

  • Manage the division's budget, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.


What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience leading professional services organizations with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing global teams. The successful candidate should also have at least 10 years working in the cybersecurity space and/or working for a security software technology vendor.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cyber security consulting, including risk assessments, security architecture, incident response, cloud security, identity and access management, SIEM/SOAR, exposure management, data protection, Iand compliance.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L.
  • Strong collaboration with partner eco-system operating in this space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to travel globally as required.
  • Proven success in driving complex initiatives and engaging with customer business executives.


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are highly desirable.
