As a Graphic Designer, you will be creating High-quality engaging design visuals which follow our Brand guidelines, work to ensure high-quality visuals are being delivered and completed in a timely and effective manner.


The Graphic Designer will be part of our Design Team and shall report to the Head of Design. The role, however, is very much cross-department and you will work closely with different Brand owners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day graphic design projects from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with various teams to create fresh and engaging design concepts.
  • Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all materials.
  • Present concepts and design ideas to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on design trends.
  • Design visuals for digital, print, and merchandise.
  • Create static and animated online marketing materials, including HTML banners and campaigns.
  • Assist product designers with UI layouts.
  • Ensure high-quality designs and adhere to best practices while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain an organized filing system



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry is an asset.
  • A portfolio showcasing examples of visual design work.
  • Proficient in designing promotional banners, social media graphics, email headers, and landing pages to support player acquisition and retention.
  • Capable of maintaining cohesive style guides, logos, and brand visuals across all digital platforms and, occasionally, print materials.
  • Skilled in producing animated banners, GIFs, and short-form video content to enhance user interaction.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and photo manipulation/compositing.
  • Highly experienced in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Up-to-date with emerging requirements with Generative AI tools to streamline creative workflows.
  • Able to work under pressure and take initiative.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in creating visuals from briefs.
  • Always willing to challenge oneself and eager to learn.
  • Creative, passionate, attentive to detail, and a team player.
