Group Product Manager, Care Delivery & Practice Management

Alma is seeking a mission-driven Group Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive the strategy, and lead a team of product managers in the development of tools and services that enhance how mental healthcare providers manage their practice and document and deliver client care. You will work closely with a team of engineers, design, and product marketing leaders and teams, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that streamline practice operations and improve care outcomes for clients and providers alike.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the long-term strategy for the Care Delivery and Practice Management domains and support squads to develop short/medium term strategies that support our vision.
  • Get buy-in for long-term product investments, driving every stage of product delivery from ideation to enablement and adoption.
  • Track and analyze overall performance and financial, customer, and operational metrics for the care delivery and practice management domains.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering leadership to manage organizational change and adopt best practices.
  • Motivate, coach, and supervise a team of Product Managers to reach their goals and achieve deliverables.

Who you are:

  • You have 7-10 years of experience in product management within healthcare, insurance, education, or a similar highly regulated industry
  • Experience developing domain strategies and driving teams to achieve its goals
  • You have 2+ years of people management experience, managing across junior to senior direct reports.
  • You possess a clear and engaging communication style with a track record of building positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization.
  • You epitomize an experimentation mindset, centered in hypothesis thinking and rapid experimentation. 
  • You are adept at agile methodologies and taking an iterative approach to product lifecycle management.
  • You have a history of balancing qualitative and quantitative data against intuition in product decision-making and successes.
  • You value a culture of inclusion and empathy.
  • You feel a passion for Alma's mission – to improve the experience of therapy for providers and their clients and simplify access to care.

Salary Band: $170,000 - $190,000
