Navan is looking for exceptional talent in order to scale our SMB segment in EMEA. We are looking for a German & French speaker to cover both markets. This segment is growing quickly and we need audacious thinkers to help us scale. As an early member of the team you will have the opportunity to build the foundations of how this team will operate. You must be passionate about working collaboratively within a globally distributed team who troubleshoots, shares learnings, and wins together. 

As a Growth Account Executive you will be responsible for closing business from inbound leads. Success in this role comes from working efficiently, delivering compelling product demos, and closing deals quickly.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage and secure new customers through proactive outbound efforts as well as inbound inquiries
  • Master the Navan value proposition, solutions, and products to guide customers through successful onboarding and adoption of the platform
  • Establish consultative, results-driven relationships with multiple customers swiftly
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional partners across all levels to refine and enhance sales processes
  • Work in tandem with our Launch Managers in order to drive revenue quickly in newly won customers

  • Proficiency in both German and French at a business level
