About the Role:

Ashley Digital is looking for a Video Editor, Growth Marketing to join our in-house Growth team, reporting to the Senior Designer, Growth Marketing. This hybrid role is for a creative who loves seeing their work move the numbers, whether it's a video cut or a static image. You'll edit raw footage and existing content into scroll-stopping, conversion-driven ads for paid social, YouTube, and CTV, while also concepting new ideas, designing static image ads, and iterating on existing creative to make it stronger and more effective. You'll use performance data to make each next version even better. Your work will reach millions of customers every day, and you'll help shape new creative ideas alongside Marketing Directors, Growth Platform Leads, and fellow designers.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Edit and repurpose video in Premiere for paid social, YouTube, and CTV, testing hooks, ad bodies, and footage combinations to find what performs best
  • Build and organize workflows for daily and weekly creative needs
  • Bring new concepts to the table and strengthen existing creative based on what the data shows
  • Design net-new static ads in Figma for promotional and evergreen campaigns
  • Partner with the growth team to brainstorm and execute rapid creative iterations, driving continuous testing and optimization 
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor creative, and best practices in digital advertising
  • Push visual boundaries while keeping the work true to the Ashley brand

What You Bring:

  • 2–5 years of video editing and design experience, with a portfolio of performance-driven creative for digital campaigns
  • Strong short-form editing skills in Adobe, Premiere, CapCut, or AI creative tools like Firefly
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
  • Experience tracking performance metrics like CTR and hook rate, and running creative testing cadences
  • Comfort balancing speed, quality, and performance in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  • Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills
