About the Position:

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to support our regional marketing team, focusing on EMEA initiatives. Based in London and reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will play a key role in event coordination, campaign execution, and content development while ensuring operational excellence.

This role requires a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances strategic thinking with execution, and can build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. Strong project management skills are essential, as you will manage multiple campaigns and trade show programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Event Marketing:

  • Plan and execute webinars (customer-led, Optibus-led, or partner co-branded).
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Optibus’ presence at key trade shows and conferences across UK, Italy, DACH, and Iberia (e.g., UITP Summit, local transit events). Manage the full event lifecycle: booth concept and design, logistics, vendor coordination, staff alignment, lead capture, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, Design, and Executives) to ensure consistent messaging and measurable outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, event organizers, and suppliers to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee SWAG management: concept development, production, logistics, and on-site distribution.

Digital Marketing:

  • Launch and manage social media campaigns (organic and paid) targeted at regional personas and accounts.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages to support lead generation and nurturing.
  • Create and distribute localized newsletters highlighting product news, thought leadership, customer stories, and market trends.

Content Marketing:

  • Manage localization of marketing materials into German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and other relevant languages.
  • Support the creation of regional case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership content.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel regional campaigns aligned with sales priorities and pipeline goals.
  • Define target audiences, messaging, and campaign workflows across digital, email, and event channels.
  • Monitor performance metrics (leads, MQLs, pipeline influence), optimize campaigns based on insights, and report outcomes to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Alignment:

  • Partner with Sales to align activities with pipeline targets.
  • Collaborate with BDRs on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with global marketing peers on content, branding, and digital strategies.

Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, technology, or transportation sectors.
  • Proven track record of trade show and event marketing as well as multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines across different countries and markets.
  • Experience working with Sales and BDR teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in German or Spanish is a strong plus; Italian is also an advantage.
