Responsibilities

GTM Content & Collateral

  • Help coordinate the development, maintenance, and distribution of sales materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, FAQ documents) tailored to different areas of the GTM department

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure all collateral is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company’s messaging and branding.

Training & Onboarding

  • Design and deliver training programs for new and existing GTM team members, covering product knowledge, market insights, competitive positioning, and best practices for selling SaaS staking solutions.

  • Create and maintain a centralised knowledge base or learning platform that consolidates training resources and product updates.

Enablement Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and analyse the impact of enablement initiatives on GTM performance and productivity (e.g., content performance, rep time to value).

  • Provide regular reports to leadership, recommending data-driven improvements to the sales strategy and content.

Market & Product Expertise

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the crypto market, with a focus on staking protocols and DeFi trends.

  • Relay ongoing product feedback to Product & Marketing teams to enhance offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success & Partnerships to ensure consistent messaging and ensuring strategic go-to-market efforts align with the product roadmap.

  • Partner with Marketing & Product to generate strategic campaigns that support GTM initiatives and goals.

Maintain and Improve GTM Enablement tooling

  • Ensure enablement tools are working smoothly and assist with any queries or issues from tools users

  • Work with senior GTM stakeholders to continuously look to improve tool usage and enable new features for users

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in a GTM Enablement, GTM Operations, or similar role (preferably in a SaaS or tech startup environment) in a B2B SaaS industry

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with CRM and enablement platforms (HubSpot & Seismic are preferable)

  • Understanding and strong interest in blockchain technology, crypto staking and DeFi concepts

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities; able to articulate complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders

  • Excellent project & stakeholder management and organisational skills, with a detail-oriented approach

  • Curious and analytical mindset - capable of turning data insights into actionable recommendations & decisions

Nice-to-have:

  • HubSpot SuperAdmin experience

  • Seismic Administrator certification or admin experience

  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis is a plus
