About You:

As a GTM Operations Analyst at Tulip, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our commercial tech stack and driving operational efficiency across our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, post-sales, and finance teams to enhance processes and support strategic initiatives. You will be instrumental in leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve sales productivity.

What skills do I need? 

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing commercial tech stacks (e.g., CRM, sales engagement tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and results-oriented, with a strong desire for continuous development to solve problems and drive impact.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce
  • A strong plus: Proficiency with tools like Marketo, ZoomInfo SalesLoft, Gong.io, LeanData, etc. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Commercial Tech Stack: Handle provisioning, troubleshooting, and support for the commercial tech stack. Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for system-related inquiries and issues.
  • Optimize System Configuration: Continuously optimize the configuration and utilization of systems to align with sales methodologies and improve tracking and reporting capabilities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process gaps, gather feedback from stakeholders, and implement enhancements to streamline operations and improve effectiveness.
  • Automation: Leverage technology solutions to automate workflows and improve system efficiencies, focusing on enhancing user experience for Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a GTM operations liaison across departments to identify process improvements, drive change management, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Project Leadership: Partner with sales,marketing, and operations leaders to lead strategic projects aimed at increasing revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Documentation and Standardization: Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales metrics, adoption of methodologies, and sales productivity.
