We’re looking for a GTM Systems Analyst who will be a foundational contributor to our GTM systems team, with a focus on data stewardship. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals eager to build a career at the intersection of data, technology, and revenue operations, and will report to the Manager, GTM Systems (Data Governance). You’ll support cross-functional teams by ensuring our data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Maintain Data Integrity: Regularly clean, deduplicate, and enrich CRM and GTM system data using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and various supporting tools.
  • Build and Maintain Reports: Create and update dashboards to track lead conversion, pipeline health, and other key metrics in Salesforce.
  • Document Processes: Assist in drafting and maintaining documentation for data governance, tool configurations, and operational workflows.
  • Participate in Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to address data-related challenges and implement process improvements.
  • Identify Opportunities to Automate Repetitive Tasks: As data trends are discovered, identify areas for improvement or standardization so that future discrepancies are mitigated.
  • Support System Users: Troubleshoot system access issues, manage user permissions, and provide training materials or guides for team members.
  • Privacy Compliance: Apply a strong understanding of GDPR to data governance processes

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Organization and detail-orientation: You thrive in environments where accuracy and thoroughness matter. You’re typically the first person to catch a typo.
  • Eagerness to learn: You’re excited to gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Salesforce, Marketo, & ZoomInfo.
  • Problem-solving: You enjoy tackling messy data, finding root causes, and improving processes.
  • A default to showing your work: You present data that supports your findings and suggestions. In fact, the opportunity to do so excites you!
  • Strong communication skills: You can explain data issues and solutions clearly, even to non-technical team members.
  • Proactivity: You anticipate challenges and take initiative to resolve them before they escalate.
  • A strong interest in data management, systems, and process optimization.
  • Basic familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Notion, or Excel (e.g., using pivot tables or formulas).
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with extracurricular activities or internships involving data, analytics, or technology is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL is also a plus
