About You
This is a rare opportunity to build a value enablement function at scale, with high visibility across the organization and real influence on how HiBob grows. You'll shape the team, the model and the impact - and you'll see the results of your work every day in stronger conversations, better deals and more confident teams.
The GTM value enablement lead is a hybrid individual contributor and people manager role (a player-coach). This person owns and executes the enablement strategy for one stage of the HiBob value journey, such as post-sale value realisation or proof-stage commercial validation, depending on their expertise and the needs of the organisation.
Alongside this ownership area, the GTM value enablement lead manages three experienced value enablement leads, each specialising in a different stage of the commercial journey. Together, these stages guide teams from the first conversation to renewal:
Discovery - identifying customer pain and qualifying fit
Evaluation - demonstrating how HiBob solves those pains
Proof - validating value, ROI and business case strength
Retention and growth - reinforcing impact and expanding value
This structure brings depth and expertise to every part of the funnel, ensuring consistent, high-quality value enablement across regions and commercial roles.
Reporting into the GTM strategy and value enablement function within product marketing, this leader works closely with sales, customer success, account management, product marketing and revenue operations to ensure customer-facing teams communicate HiBob's value confidently at every stage of the journey.

Job Requirements
This role is ideal for someone who:
  • Has led or built enablement functions in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Is equally comfortable setting strategy and running hands-on training.
  • 7+ years in sales enablement, product marketing, GTM leadership or a related commercial role.
  • Proven experience leading enablement programmes and managing enablement contributors.
  • Deep understanding of one or more stages of the commercial journey (discovery, evaluation, proof or post-sale value realisation).
  • Skilled facilitator, able to deliver engaging value-led training across seniority levels and regions.
  • Ability to translate GTM strategy, buyer insights and product narratives into practical enablement that drives performance.
  • Data-driven, outcomes-focused and confident analysing performance patterns.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job Responsibilities
You will own the overall direction and effectiveness of GTM value enablement, including:
  • Defining the value enablement vision across discovery, evaluation, proof and post-sale motions.
  • Building and leading a high-performing team of value enablement managers aligned to different stages of the buyer journey.
  • Designing how value enablement partners with sales, CS, product marketing and revenue enablement in practice.
  • Staying close to the field by coaching deals, joining QBRs, reviewing calls and supporting high-impact initiatives.
  • Shaping how buyer insights, product messaging and value frameworks are turned into practical field enablement.
  • Driving consistency and quality in how value is articulated across regions and segments.
  • Partnering with Product and product marketing to ensure enablement stays aligned to roadmap priorities and launches.
  • Working with RevOps and the AI team to embed value-led guidance into AI coaching and supporting workflows.
  • Establishing clear standards for what "great" looks like at each stage of the commercial journey.
  • Measuring impact through adoption, conversion, deal progression and field confidence.
  • Partnering with RevOps to build and maintain a shared global enablement calendar, providing cross-functional visibility across value and revenue enablement programmes, training and key initiatives.
