Join us as a Head of AI Content Production

  • Lead an AI‑enabled content production operation that delivers high‑quality content assets at scale across our paid and other channels

  • Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to turn insights and briefs into high‑performing multiformat assets

  • This is a crucial role that gives you influence as you embed AI‑native production and accelerate performance

What you’ll do

As Head of AI Content Production, you’ll own the operating model and SLAs that underpin reliable, multichannel content delivery and fast‑moving campaign demand using the platform, Pencil Pro. You’ll institutionalise AI‑native production by scaling Pencil Pro, prompt libraries, templates, and guardrails to drive creative velocity and measurable improvements.

You’ll close the loop between performance insights and production by defining a learning agenda with marketing colleagues that improves creative effectiveness and reuse across paid and other channels. You’ll also embed robust governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices through brand controls, audit trails, and adherence to platform, regulatory, and rights standards.

In this role you’ll lead a team made up of third party managed service resources and internal creative/ops staff. Furthermore, you’ll ensure that Pencil Pro acts as a fulcrum for our marketing operations.

You’ll focus on:

  • Scaling AI‑native workflows with the Product Owner to standardise and accelerate production through prompts, templates, and guardrails

  • Managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle with accurate trafficking through Sprinklr, Meta, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google/YouTube via GMP, securing specs, QA, and on‑time delivery all via BrandTech’s Pencil Pro

  • Translating performance insights into prompt libraries, templates, variants, and standardised files that improve metadata quality and DAM reuse to lift creative effectiveness across channels

  • Owning budgets, forecasting, cost-per-campaign and cost‑per‑asset improvements through disciplined operational control

  • Championing brand governance, ASA and CAP standards, IP rights, privacy requirements, and responsible AI practices with auditable controls

  • Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team by building AI fluency, platform capability, and a high‑performance, inclusive culture

  • Defining experimentation plans that track throughput, quality, production cost, and creative lift while feeding learnings back into templates, prompts, and workflows

The skills you'll need

You’ll be a decisive creative operations leader who thrives in high‑throughput, deadline-driven, technology environments. You’ll blend operational discipline with AI‑native fluency to elevate how we design, scale, and optimise content. You’ll bring deep experience running complex studios with strong operational control, translating data into creative action, and navigating the governance standards that protect our brand and our audiences.

You’ll also bring:

  • Expertise in AI creative tools such as Pencil Pro, including prompt systems, templates, guardrails, and QA for AI‑generated outputs

  • Strong familiarity with trafficking workflows across Sprinklr, Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube via GMP, supported by DAM/MRM systems and Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Demonstrable ability to influence senior stakeholders, align production decisions to marketing objectives, and communicate status and risk clearly

  • Proven capability analysing performance data to shape experiments, reporting, and continuous creative optimisation

  • Experience building team capability in AI creative tools and platform best practice, setting clear goals, and supporting development through regular performance conversations
