This is an exciting time for Marketing at Wise, and we’re looking for a seasoned creative leader to head up our creative function. As Head of Creative, you’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team of designers and copywriters to develop highly effective creative work that delivers on commercial metrics and drives brand fame. • Bring a strong and informed opinion on what effective creative looks like at each stage in the funnel.

  • Coach the wider marketing team on what good ads look like and implementing standards for creative quality.

  • Steward Brand Identity and creative guidelines across multiple markets.

  • Challenge briefs and proactively drive the creative work forward to improve quality,  bringing diverse stakeholders on the journey with you.

  • Whilst we need someone to lead the team, you will also need to lead by examples, so you need to be willing to be on the tools actually creating work yourself, rather than just reviewing the work of others.

Talent Development and Team Culture

  • Manage, Inspire and nurture talent within the team, providing growth opportunities

  • Influence the marketing culture at Wise, championing DEI initiatives and fostering a culture of creativity, feedback, and innovation.

  • Help the team to develop both their concepting capabilities and their craft skills.

  • Experience introducing new tools, processes, workflows or technologies to improve creative output

  • Knowledge of how to use AI to good effect in creative development, execution and versioning. We want someone with good knowledge and hands on experience using AI tools to develop high quality creative work in the most efficient way possible.

  • Ideally the candidate will be from a design background with exceptional craft skills, but also be able to create brilliant conceptual ideas.

  • Strong proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Solid knowledge of motion principles and best practices.

  • Ability to attend the London office 3 days a week.
