As Head of Design, you will own the end-to-end design vision, lead the rollout of a world-class design system, and integrate AI into the product experience to redefine how creators engage with global audiences at scale.

What you will do:
Define and execute the end-to-end design strategy across all products, elevating the UI to a sophisticated, mature aesthetic
Partner with Engineering to roll out a scalable, world-class design system that improves consistency and shipping velocity
Lead by example as a player-coach, mentoring a high-performing team while remaining hands-on with high-impact UX flows and AI features

An exceptional designer with deep mastery of visual, interaction, and UX design who can simplify complex AI-powered workflows
Proven leadership experience building and mentoring design teams within fast-moving, high-growth startup environments
