About the role

We're looking for a forward-thinking Head of Digital Marketing to lead and evolve Mission's digital strategy across multiple brands and platforms.

This is a remote, full-time role for a strategic marketer who can align digital channels to business objectives, manage key partners and platforms, and drive digital performance across the group. You'll oversee multiple brand websites, LinkedIn accounts, paid campaigns, and activity across HubSpot and analytics platforms, supported by Mission's digital agency.

The role will support digital marketing across Mission UK & EU’s group of brands — including Mission, Euna, Altea, Ignite, Kayzen, Kova, Carrow, OneBefore, Ventis, and Lumara — with additional MGAs joining by 2026. Support will be tiered by growth potential, ensuring each brand’s digital presence remains distinctive, consistent, and results-driven.

You'll be central to developing Mission's digital maturity - ensuring our brands deliver consistent, high-quality engagement and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Leadership

  • Work with Marketing Director to define and deliver Mission's digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with group and brand-level objectives.
  • Lead the integration of digital activity across web, HubSpot, and social media channels, building a unified approach to performance and growth.
  • Shape targeted digital plans for Mission MGAs that build awareness, generate leads, and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Manage Mission's digital agency to deliver impactful, insight-driven campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets across brands, ensuring spend efficiency and measurable ROI.

Performance & Platform Management

  • Oversee the strategic management of multiple brand websites, ensuring strong user experience, brand alignment, and SEO performance.
  • Champion data-led marketing through HubSpot and analytics tools.
  • Drive the performance of paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring effective targeting, creative consistency, and measurable ROI.
  • Ensure content strategies are embedded across all digital channels to strengthen visibility and reach.
  • Establish and maintain an AI workflow that utilises ChatGPT Enterprise, Canva and other appropriate add on’s to create social posts that align with brand strategy.

Measurement & Optimisation

  •  Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track performance across all digital platforms.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to MGA CEOs and senior stakeholders to guide ongoing strategy.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

  • Partner with the wider Marketing team to ensure digital activity supports overarching brand narratives.
  • Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across all brands and platforms.
  • Share digital insights, trends, and best practices to build capability and cohesion across the Mission group.

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally across multiple brands or within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience in digital strategy, SEO, HubSpot, analytics, social media, and campaign optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of digital performance measurement, lead generation, and B2B marketing.
  • Experience overseeing website performance, content strategy, and platform management.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and consistency.
  • Confident managing agencies, stakeholders, and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on capability when required.

What you need to know about the Edinburgh Tech Scene

From traditional pubs and centuries-old universities to sleek shopping malls and glass-paneled office buildings, Edinburgh's architecture reflects its unique blend of history and modernity. But the fusion of past and future isn't just visible in its buildings; it's also shaping the city's economy. Named the United Kingdom's leading technology ecosystem outside of London, Edinburgh plays host to major global companies like Apple and Adobe, as well as a growing number of innovative startups in fields like cybersecurity, finance and healthcare.
